This Privacy Policy describes how TopFlix Academy, a solution published by the JDS Conseil group, collects, uses and protects the personal data of its users.

When using the TopFlix Academy platform, we may collect the following data:

• Connection data: IDs, passwords (encrypted and never in clear text), connection logs, IP addresses.
• Usage data: platform navigation, content consulted, usage statistics.
• Contractual data: subscription information, invoicing, exchanges with our support team.
  

We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.

• Contractual data: for the legal retention period (10 years for billing data).

• JDS Conseil's in-house teams (support, technical, administrative).
• Our technical service providers, strictly regulated by contract and subject to confidentiality obligations.

TopFlix Academy is a SaaS solution hosted in France on sovereign data centers.

We apply safety measures that comply with international standards:

• ISO 27001:2022 certification,
• Compliance with NIS 2 directive,
• Encrypted passwords,
• Regular backups and business continuity plans.

In accordance with the RGPD and the Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
